How do I check availability?

What ages do you take?
Children aged 3–6: three, four, five and six-year-olds. From 2.5 years in special cases.
How do I prepare my child?

The PDF application form (in Polish) should be printed, filled in and signed, then delivered to the preschool in person, scanned and emailed, or posted. If you need help filling it in, call us and we will walk you through it.

We have gathered answers to the questions parents ask most often before enrolling.
How do I enrol my child?
You can choose one of two options:
• Fill in and sign the PDF application form, then deliver it in person, email a scan or send it by post.
• Use the LiveKid online form.
Please note: the online form requires a LiveKid account (if you already have one, simply log in). If you do not have an account, after completing the form and clicking „SEND" you will be asked to log in or create a new account.
What documents do I need?
A completed application form and an identity document.
Is there a joining fee?
No, we do not charge a joining fee. It is 0 zł.
What are the fees and the cost of meals?
5 hours a day — 590 zł/month
7 hours a day — 650 zł/month
Over 7 hours — 690 zł/month
Meals — 20 zł/day (breakfast, a mid-morning snack, a two-course lunch and an afternoon snack)
What diets do you offer?
Meals are delivered by Gastrohouse. Six dietary options are available: standard, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and multi-allergen (excluding several allergens at once). Each option is agreed individually with parents.
Do admissions run during the year?
Yes, we accept applications all year round, subject to availability.
Are there places available right now?
Availability changes depending on the age group. It is best to call 609 815 261 or book a short admissions call.
Do you accept children mid-year?
Yes. If there is a place in the right group, a child can join during the school year as well.
Do you offer the reception year?
Yes — a child can complete the compulsory year of preschool preparation with us. Ask about current availability.
Do you accept children with a special educational needs statement?
Yes, but we discuss each situation individually — please call 609 815 261 (a conversation with the director, Sylwia Smagalska).

Yes. You can:

During the visit we will show you around, explain how the day is organised and answer all your questions.
